- These products and services are subject to service charges and exchange rates and this shall be displayed on our website and at our Branches.
- The exchange rate for currencies thus displayed may vary at the actual time of making the transaction, if made during trading hours of that particular currency.
- Refunds will be made at the prevailing currency market rate or at the rate of the transaction whichever is lower and will be refunded only after deduction of all expenses.
- Original receipt and valid ID should be submitted along with request for refund or cancellation.
- Exchange will refund the unclaimed funds as per the guidelines of the regulatory authorities.
- Correspondent and/or intermediary charges are applicable to certain countries and the charges will be deducted at the receiving end.
- Any amendments or re-issuance of the remittance transaction requested by the customer for any reason will be subject to our regular charges and settlement of any rate differences, if applicable.
- Upon signing the receipt, the customer confirms and acknowledges the correctness, authenticity and legality of all the transaction details and will be responsible for the same.
- Estimated time for transfer shall be informed to the customer prior to performing the remittance transaction. However, the estimated time of delivery may differ for reasons beyond our control.
- Exchange reserves the right to use services of intermediary banks and financial institutions in any country of its choice for the execution of transfers.
- Exchange will not disclose the confidential information of the customer to any third party unless it is required to do so by any applicable law or regulation within and outside the jurisdiction.
- Exchange will communicate with the customers through its official channels only. Exchange shall not advise the customer to share passwords, login credentials, OTP, PIN or any information over telephone / email / text message, that can be used to authenticate identity.
- Exchange reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change the ‘Terms and conditions of any Products or Service’ from time to time.
